DetailPro Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to permanently delete your DetailPro account and all associated data from within the app.

How to Delete Your DetailPro Account

To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps from inside the DetailPro app:

1. Open the DetailPro app on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Account.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
5. Tap the Delete Account button (red button, as shown in the app).
6. When prompted, type DELETE to confirm.
7. Tap Confirm to permanently delete your account.

Once you complete these steps, your account and data will be permanently removed.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your DetailPro account, the following data is permanently deleted:

• Your user account and profile information
• All customer and client data
• All appointments and scheduling data
• All services, service history, and related records
• All in-app messages and communication history
• All other data and content stored in your DetailPro account

What Data Is Retained

All data associated with your DetailPro account is permanently deleted.

We do not retain copies of your account data after deletion, except where we may be legally required to keep certain records (currently, no such additional retention is in place for typical users).

When Data Is Deleted

Data is deleted immediately after you confirm deletion in the app by typing "DELETE" and confirming.

Once deletion is complete, your account cannot be recovered and your data cannot be restored.
