Refund & Billing Policy for Detail Pro

This policy explains how billing and refunds work for the two distinct types of payments associated with Detail Pro: (1) your subscription to the App itself, and (2) payments made by your customers to you through the optional online payments feature.

1. App Subscriptions (Basic, Core, Elite)

Subscriptions to Detail Pro are sold and billed exclusively through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Apple or Google — not Apex Integrations LLC — is the merchant of record for these transactions.

Cancellations. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund prior charges.

Refund Requests. Apex Integrations LLC does not issue refunds for App subscriptions. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google:

Apple and Google apply their own refund policies and approval criteria. Apex Integrations LLC has no ability to grant, deny, or expedite these requests.

Free Trials. If a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel beforehand. Cancellation must be completed before the trial expires to avoid being charged.

2. Customer Payments to Detailers (Stripe Connect)

When you enable the optional online payments feature, customers can pay you directly through the App using a payment form powered by Stripe. These payments are processed by Stripe and deposited into your own Stripe Connect account.

Refunds to your customers. Refunds for services you provide are between you and your customer. You issue refunds directly from your Stripe Dashboard at dashboard.stripe.com. Apex Integrations LLC does not have authority to issue refunds on your behalf and cannot intervene in disputes between you and your customers.

Chargebacks and disputes. If a customer disputes a charge through their bank or card issuer, the disputed amount is debited from your Stripe balance. You are responsible for responding to disputes through your Stripe Dashboard within the timeframe required by Stripe and the card networks.

Processing fees. Stripe's standard processing fees (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per US card transaction) are deducted from each transaction before deposit. Apex Integrations LLC does not charge an additional platform fee on payments processed through the App. Optional Stripe features such as Radar for Fraud Teams may incur additional per-transaction fees that are billed directly by Stripe to your account.

3. Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes for the App, when offered, are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of issuance. They are non-transferable, may not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted, and have no cash value. Apex Integrations LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notifying users in-app or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
