Apex Integrations LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Rhythm mobile application (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The Service may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or paid features.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Firebase, Apple services). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is governed by their respective terms and policies.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or as permitted by law.
The Service and its contents are owned by Apex Integrations LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to our trademarks or branding.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Integrations LLC from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in Arizona courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
