Detail Pro includes an SMS messaging program operated through Twilio. The program is used by detailing businesses to send appointment reminders, service confirmations, and rebooking reminders to their own customers. The program is fully described in our SMS Terms & Consent Policy.
Phone numbers and SMS opt-in / opt-out status collected through the SMS messaging program are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. They are used solely to operate the messaging program described on the SMS Terms page. The only third party with access to phone numbers and message content is Twilio, which serves as the SMS delivery provider, governed by Twilio's own privacy policy.
Consent to receive SMS is collected via a two-step opt-in over SMS — a customer must reply YES to a one-time invite text before any further messages will be sent. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, or END. We retain consent records (timestamps and source) for compliance and audit purposes for the duration of the customer relationship plus a reasonable retention period thereafter.
