Apex Integrations LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates Detail Pro, a business management platform used by auto detailing businesses in the United States to run their operations and communicate with their customers. This page describes the SMS messaging program sent from our platform, how consent is collected, and how to opt out.
When a detailing business onboards a customer in Detail Pro, that business may send the customer SMS messages related to services the customer has booked or received. Messages sent through the program include:
You will only receive SMS messages through Detail Pro after you have provided your phone number to a detailing business and agreed to be contacted via SMS about the services they provide. Consent is captured by the detailing business at the time of booking, through one of the following methods:
Detail Pro stores a consent timestamp and consent-source field on each customer record. SMS messages are only sent to customers whose consent has been affirmatively recorded in the system.
Short version: you opt in by giving a detailing business your number at booking and agreeing to receive SMS about their services. You opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Message frequency varies based on the services you book and the communication settings of the detailing business you patronize. Typical frequency is low — roughly one to five messages per customer per month.
You can stop receiving SMS messages from Detail Pro at any time by replying STOP to any message. Other accepted opt-out keywords include UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT, and END.
After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS from the program until you affirmatively resubscribe. You may also opt out by contacting the detailing business directly or by emailing us at the address below.
